Synopsis

In a remote southern Egyptian village on the banks of the Nile, a group of girls rebel by forming an all-female street theatre troupe. They dream of becoming actresses, dancers and singers, challenging their families and the community with their unexpected performances. Shot over four years, the documentary follows them from childhood to adulthood, facing the most crucial decisions of their lives.
